Quinta do Vale Meão Magnum Red
After crushing the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by stepping for four hours in granite mills. The must is transferred to small-capacity winemaking vats with temperature control. In this harvest 10% of the wines fermented with the stalk. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The final blend is made before bottling. Aging in 225 liter French oak barrels (60% new and 40% second year). Very focused on color. The aroma shows a great depth, complex, with many aromatic nuances, without any notes overlapping another. In proof and vibrant, in a set of great elegance, excellent integration of wood and with a very long aftertaste. Contains sulfites.
