Total destemming, cold skin maceration and final fermentation in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Citrus color defined with greenish tones, intense and exuberant aroma, predominant in exotic fruits, citrus fruits, white flowers, toasted and light dried fruits. It combines unctuousness with minerality and the natural acidity of Arinto, resulting in a complex wine, with a pleasant and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Manual harvesting for 15kg boxes. Light pressing of whole bunches, after careful selection of the grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in used French oak barrels. Aging for 7 months in barrels with batonnage. Light rosé wine, with a very open salmon color, dry and with excellent acidity combined with the soft creaminess given by the work of the fine lees. The aroma reveals very fresh red fruit, peach, light floral and vegetal surrounded by notes of discreet barrel.

Grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes before being refrigerated and then pressed into a pneumatic press without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled French oak barrels and regular bottling up to one month before bottling. Aging for 10 months in used French oak barrels, with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated wine, but with incredible subtlety and seduction. Contains Sulfites.
