Quinta de Lemos Dona Louise 2010 Red
12,40 €
The vines are between 350 and 400 meters in altitude. The vineyards consist of 60% Touriga Nacional, 20% Tinta Roriz, 10% Jaen and 10% Alfrocheiro Preto. The vine is grown within an integrated protection program. Infestation control is accomplished through ground movement. Grapes are harvested by hand, caste by caste, when they reach the ideal ripening point, usually between the second half of September and the first half of October. The harvest is placed in small 10 kg boxes. The wine is produced in French oak barrels and the wine remains there for 15 months in order to realize the potential of its structure and complexity. Quinta de Lemos Dona Louise 2006 features a clear, structured, well-balanced floral bouquet in the mouth. Persistent and fresh finish. Contains Sulfites.
