Total desengace and fermentation in winepress with step on foot. Long post-fermentative maceration. Malolactic fermentation in barrel. It aged for 14 months in French oak barrels. Very concentrated, aroma of plum and red fruits, with notes of spice and tobacco. Powerful in the mouth, dense and well tanned. Long and persistent ending. A watch wine. Contains Sulfites.
