Wine with a lot of concentration. Rich mouthfeel, with silk texture and filigree tannins. The grapes were picked up manually for 18 kg boxes, with extreme care, fermenting at low temperature. Soft crushing of the grapes with total destemming, maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks of small capacity, with selected yeasts.

The harvested grapes were selected from the vineyard and then introduced into the vats with 40% destemmed and 60% whole bunches, allowing the extraction of color and aroma compounds more smoothly during 2 weeks of alcoholic fermentation entirely in stainless steel vats, having completed the malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. After 12 months in a French Oak Balseiro preceded by a stage of more than 40 years of Cognac. Deep ruby colored wine, intense aroma, fresh super complex, somewhat closed, notes of red fruit, light jam, fine spice. Incredible cut in the mouth, polished, salty, vibrant. Contains sulfites.
Montes Claros Reserva White
Grapes from previously selected vineyards follow strict ripeness control before the harvest decision. In the cellar, the process of total destemming and light pre-fermentative maceration follows, clarification for 18 to 24 hours. Then alcoholic fermentation starts at 15ºC, followed by a light and partial aging in French oak barrels with “batônnage sur lies”. The grape varieties were accompanied separately during the stage, the final blend being made only with the best wines. Crystalline appearance, greenish to golden color. Intense, complex aroma, elegant in character, suggesting notes of tropical fruits, pineapple and light vanilla, with a subtle presence of French oak. Structured, generous, harmonious and balanced in the mouth. Soft palate, refreshing due to acidity and persistent citrus and tropical fruits in the long finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Monte Xisto Oriente Red
Wine from a plot in Quinta do Monte Xisto facing East. Open in color and not very intense, we entered a spring field with various nuances of fruits and flowers, with the cherry and the myrtle flower standing out. We continue towards the East and find other, more exotic smells like incense, nutmeg and saffron. In the mouth, the sensation is fresh and soft showing shape and body. We end with an elegant, fruity and well-seasoned and extremely well-oriented finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta do Piloto Collection Touriga Nacional Red
Quinta do Piloto Collection Touriga Nacional gives you to taste the most noble of Portuguese grape varieties, which it transmits to wine, elaborated by the traditional methods of the Quinta and by an ancient knowledge, floral and vanilla notes, making it unique, soft and balanced. Its fermentation also took place in mills with temperature control and automatic treading. It aged for about 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Intense ruby color, floral aroma and some vanilla. Soft, round and balanced. Contains sulfites.
