Pombal do Vesúvio Magnum Red

From the historical and schist slopes of the Douro, Martha's Entre-Tintas is born. Between songs, between walks, between conversations, between laughs and between varieties, this sumptuous wine is born, mainly from the tinta amarela variety. A limited production of 3333 numbered bottles.

Reception with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats of 18 tons capacity, with tanning at around 26ºC. Intense and prolonged macerations and partial malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels. Stage for 10 months in new and used French oak barrels. The stage begins to obtain a wine of great aromatic elegance, where the aromas of the Douro are not masked by the excess of barrel notes. Very smooth and well-ripened tannins, fresh and aromatic, very elegant, with an unusually long finish.

A blend of Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca and Alicante Bouschet grape varieties. It has excellent color, very vivid. Floral aromas combined with red and wild fruits. Fills the mouth with intense notes of fruit, showing a very fresh and complex long aftertaste. Accompanies complex dishes, red meat and game meat.

Aging for 6 months in French oak barrels. Selection of grapes in the cut and transport in boxes directly to the cellar. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open press with controlled temperature. Touriga Franca 100Hectares, structure and elegance, has a deep violet color. On the nose, it impresses with its intensity and concentration of red fruit aromas in perfect harmony with soft floral notes. In the mouth tasting, it presents an intense start, evolving into a wine with an elegant profile, with excellent volume in the mouth and silky texture tannins, all very well integrated with red fruit notes. It ends in perfect balance, with extraordinary persistence and full of freshness. A wine that perfectly reflects the identity of the grape variety. Contains sulfites.
