Intense ruby color, aroma of very ripe red fruits, eucalyptus, spices and subtle notes of wood toast. Fresh, intense and very elegant palate. Long finish with a lot of presence and very balanced. Dense red and deep violet color. Nose of great elegance and complexity with notes of black fruit, integrated wood and spices. In the test, the same profile of elegance and greetings with fine, long and chewy tannins is revealed. Herdade dos Grous Red
The grapes selected by hand, after the removal of the respective film, are cooled by a thermal shock of 10 ° C. After a cold maceration for two days, the wine ferments in small steel tanks. The harvest was performed manually for small capacity boxes.
