Separate harvest of each variety, destemming, light crushing, alcoholic fermentation in French oak vats and marble vats with controlled temperature. Intense ruby color, aroma of very ripe red fruits, eucalyptus, spices and subtle hints of toasted wood. Fresh, intense and very elegant taste. Long finish with a lot of presence and very balanced .
