The grapes for Robustus were selected manually at the entrance to the cellar, falling by gravity into a stainless steel vat. The alcoholic fermentation and the maceration time were long. Aging in 2000 liter barrels lasted more than 4 years. Robustus is a wine with a mature character. After a prolonged stage in 2000L foudres, he develops somewhat earthy tertiary aromas with an emphasis on the peat aroma. The tannins are seductive, but perfectly balanced, with great structure, which only old vines can transmit. In the mouth it impresses with its youth, lightness and tension, very fine with a long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.

Chryseia 2021 was produced from a rigorous selection of grapes from Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz, properties of Prats & Symington. As in all previous editions of Chryseia, there was also the usual contribution from Roriz's neighboring vineyard, Quinta da Vila Velha, privately owned by Rupert Symington. It symbolizes the union of the noble Portuguese wine heritage with the no less rich Bordeaux oenological tradition.

Deep violet red color. On the nose, very fresh and intense with hints of black berries, well combined with light floral notes that give it elegance.
