Niepoort Conciso White

The wine was vinified in temperature controlled granite vats and after fermentation it aged for 20 months in used 500L barrels, without buffering, where it performed the malolactic fermentation. It has a beautiful citrine color. The aroma, austere and with a mineral cut, is harmonious in the notes of white flowers, honey and aromatic herbs. Less evident in the barrel notes than previous harvests, it is a white with a good mouth volume, with good acidity that supports the characteristic unctuousness of Encruzado and Malvasia Fina. Complex, is a white that needs time to show in the glass, perfect to accompany dishes with some fat. Very long finish, delicate and fresh. Contains Sulfites.
