Muros Antigos Escolha Branco is an elegant expression of the tradition and oenological innovation of Vinho Verde, born from the harmonious blend of three excellent white grape varieties: Alvarinho, Loureiro and Avesso. Each of these varieties brings the distinct character of its origins – from the Atlantic freshness of Monção and Melgaço to the granitic minerality of the banks of the Lima and the complexity of the Baião territory, where the Douro meets the sea. This wine reflects respect for nature and meticulous care at every stage of production.

The harvest is done manually in small boxes, ensuring the integrity of the grapes. After destemming and whole-cluster pressing, the must is clarified by cold settling for 48 to 72 hours. Fermentation takes place slowly at controlled temperatures between 12 and 16 °C, preserving delicate aromas. Prolonged ageing on fine lees, with regular bâtonnage, gives the wine greater complexity, texture and depth.
