Hand harvested in small boxes, fermented in new Portuguese oak barrels for 6 months. Straw yellow color, very fresh and fruity aroma, it is full and complex. It presents notes of fresh fruit with some hints of vanilla and dried fruit that enrich it and make it very interesting. In the mouth, the first sensation is fresh and fruity, evolving into more complex flavors of dried fruit. It shows an excellent freshness that gives it harmony and makes it very pleasant. It presents a good balance between structure and acidity. With a long and persistent finish, its freshness promises longevity.

The grapes from several very old vineyards in the Alto Douro Vinhateiro (Mêda) were pressed in whole bunches, in order to extract the freshest and most vibrant must possible. Keeping the origin of each vineyard, the musts followed the alcoholic fermentation in new 500L French oak barrels. Fermentation process from indigenous yeasts, brings more complexity and character to wines. Long maturation on total lees (12 months). Malolactic partials make up the Burgundian-inspired route. Concise, elegant, frank, expressive. Fresh citrus notes with great notoriety, lime, grapefruit, flower, white fruit, irreproachable trace of pure minerality. Wide mouth, serious, exuberant acidity, salty, long trace. Contains sulfites.

This wine translates a very personal reinterpretation of the tradition of White Ports of an old vineyard in the form of a singular white Douro. It is a wine of golden color, with a strong structure and balanced in the fruit and the wood. Perfect to accompany fish, seafood and sushi dishes. Contains Sulfites.
Niepoort Redoma Reserva White
The Redoma Reserva White shows a light citrus and crystalline color. The fresh and mineral profile reveals the fantastic terroir where the vines are inserted. Complex and very captivating, it features notes of white fruit as well as white flowers and an orange blossom fragrance. The barrel notes are very well integrated, giving complexity and depth to the aroma, but without regret. In the mouth it is tense, with good volume of glass. The freshness, citric acidity and strong minerality provide lightness and elegance for the structure it presents. Dry and austere, it is a white that will benefit greatly in the basement. Very long finish, with light smoked and salty notes. Contains Sulfites.
