Total destemming, fermentation with some maceration in wine press, with temperature control. Stage for 12 months in French oak barrels and 10 months in stage cellar. It is a red that impresses by the contained and elegant tone, with delicate fruit very beautiful and pure, based on the wild fruits. Flavor full and vibrant, delicate but affirmative, always oriented towards the purity and delicacy of the fruit. Very long and vibrant finish. Contains Sulfites.
Quinta do Piloto Coleção da Família White
Produced with Antão Vaz and Arinto grapes, starts fermentation in contact with the films, making a slight tanning. It then moves to new French oak barrels, where fermentation ends and ages for 10 months. With a strong personality, it is an engaging and powerful wine, without sacrificing the freshness and minerality characteristic of Quinta do Piloto. It's a classic, a family white. Contains sulfites.
Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude Red
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards at the Quinta which is 550 meters above sea level, facing north, with a mixture of various traditional Douro grape varieties. Fermentation started in a mill with foot treading and ended malolactic fermentation in used 500-liter barrels, where it aged for 19 months. This wine proves to be an intense fruit, with spices and a lot of "finesse". It is a very complex wine, but even cool and elegant weather. Contains sulfites.
