A wine with a citrus color, aromatic with touches of asparagus and soft tropical, end of mouth persistent and mineral. Fish and shellfish, poultry and whole white meats. Manual harvesting, pneumatic pressing of whole grapes. Cold decantation of the must for 48 hours. In contact with the lees for about 7 months. 75% of the batch in stainless steel vats and the rest in a concrete egg. Light citrus color, singular and complex aroma dominated by citrus fruits, characteristic of the Loureiro variety. Dominated by a vibrant acidity with a long and persistent finish. Great capacity for evolution is expected. Contains sulfites.

Luis Pato Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco Red
Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé Franco is a regional red wine from Bairrada with the signature of winemaker Luís Pato. In 1988, with the aim of showing the great potential and characteristic essence of the Baga variety, the winemaker planted non-grafted vines in sandy soil - the most resistant to the development of the Phylloxera disease, in order to obtain a natural concentration of the grapes, leaving only a bunch per vine, in a personal tribute to the Baga variety. Awarded and internationally renowned, Quinta do Ribeirinho Pé is a wine that has an excellent aging capacity that exceeds twenty years: a powerful, complex and well-sculpted wine showing aromas of floral, licorice and mineral touches.
Soalheiro Mineral Magnum Rose
The Soalheiro Mineral Rose can be enjoyed as an excellent and relaxed aperitif, very adapted to the current tendency to consume wine by the glass, but also proves perfect to harmonize with lighter dishes such as salads, fish or seafood. One of the great concerns of the Soalheiro is to produce "wines to drink with pleasure", believing in the quality and tendency to appreciate wines with a more moderate alcohol. This Soalheiro Mineral Rose manages to have persistence due to Pinot Noir and elegance due to Alvarinho with moderate alcohol of 12%. To Alvarinho produced in high altitude vineyards where the caste has a more intense, fresh and mineral dimension, the Soalheiro has joined the Pinot Noir variety, also produced in the region and which presents a more aromatic and elegant dimension. In this way, a wine emerges at the same time aromatic and fresh, with a mineral end of mouth, and at the same time very greedy. Contains Sulfites.
Soalheiro Germinar Loureiro Vinhas Velhas White
Grapes are harvested by hand. After pressing, before fermentation, the must is clarified. Fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank at a low temperature and in two egg-shaped deposits in our innovation area, one stainless steel and the other cement, so that the final batch, due to the constant battonage in the fine lees, transmits complexity and taste persistence superior to what we normally find in this variety. Bright lemon yellow color, elegant aroma marked by mineral and floral notes. Dry and fresh flavor, revealing the elegant side of the Loureiro variety, which always has a persistence of well-marked acidity. Contains sulfites.
