Harvest in the 3rd week of October, in dry and hot weather – 35ºC. Balanced maturing, vintage with two choices. Fermentation in open winemaking with 20% of stink and steps on foot. 22 months of stage in new and used barrels of 400 and 700 liters. Full and opulent, perfumed with spicy notes, clay, red and black fruit, very complex, austere and elegant. Powerful but with velvety texture, very fresh acidity, long, seductive, but always serious and reserved. Contains Sulfites.
