Paço dos Infantes Reserve Red
The grapes were vinified at controlled temperatures in stainless steel vats before being subjected to a long maceration. The wine aged in French oak barrels for 12 months, with regular agitation, before being blended and bottled. Wild berries and deep complexity with well integrated wood. In the mouth it shows intense concentration, with firm tannins and excellent structure. Its acidity gives freshness and balance to the wine and a very long finish. The power and elegance of Dão in perfect harmony. This wine will age beautifully in the bottle. Perfectly accompanies duck confit, foie gras, oven-roasted veal, roasted kid, sausages. Contains sulfites.
Art.Terra Amphora White
Manual harvest. Carving fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Skin maceration of about 60 days. Stage for 3 months in hoists on lees. Golden yellow color, aromas with notes of smoke, spices and eucalyptus. Dry palate with silky tannins and medium body. Earthy notes good freshness and minerality. Contains Sulfites.

Grapes harvested by hand and transported to the cellar in 20kg boxes, then placed in stainless steel vats with full bunch, where they are fermented with native yeast and minimal intervention. Aging for 18 months in stainless steel vat. Legitimate uses the normal Douro grape varieties, but seeks the same seductive appeal that the Bastard offers, a spicy and greedy lightness that makes it soft, fresh and appetizing. Contains Sulfites.
