Herdade do Peso Grande Trinca Bolotas 2x Red
15,81 €
Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. The grapes were harvested at their optimum phenolic / aromatic ripening point. After destemming and gentle crushing, a 4-day pre-fermentative maceration was performed to increase its complexity. Fermented at 26ºC with gentle pumping over, preserving the fruit and extracting smooth tannins important for the balance of the final wine. Wine with an intense, complex and attractive aroma. A blend of aromas from the most fruity side to the most shrubby side. In the mouth it presents volume, very well integrated tannins and good acidity, which make it an extremely “greedy” wine. Contains sulfites.
