After the malolatic fermentation, the wine aged for 12 months in barrels of 1st and 2nd year of French and American oak. After bottling it rested in bottle for 10 months in our basement. To preserve all its qualities, this wine has not been stabilized, and can naturally create a deposit. Clear wine, deep violet red, aromas of plum, blackberry, cocoa and spices, with floral notes. Complex, structured, fresh and bulky, with barrel toasted, rich tannins and persistent finish, revealing the full potential of aging. Contains Sulfites.

Fermentation takes place in truncated conical stainless steel vats, preceded by a cold maceration for 24 to 48 hours. After pressing, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in stainless steel and then ages in 300 liter French oak barrels for a period of 12 months. After designing the batch, it ages in the bottle for two years before being released on the market. Aroma of black fruits in jam, spice, flowers and mint. The notes of toast and dark chocolate accentuate the complexity of the wine on the nose. In the mouth it is soft, fresh, full and elegant. The finish is long, shows an enormous concentration of smooth tannins and a hint of Vidigueira. Long and persistent that leaves a fine and delicate essence of all its aromas and flavors.

After manual harvesting and a careful selection of bunches, the destemmed grapes were fermented at a controlled temperature in a 5000 L French oak vat. It was aged for another 12 months in new and used French oak barrels. After bottling, it rested in the bottle until its release. Wine of intense color and red tone. Typical aromatic profile, with floral delicacy that goes beyond violet and blends with sweet hints of forest fruits. Light spice from the aging barrel. In the mouth, we have dimension and structure in harmony with polished and educated tannins, which remind us of a harmonious and fresh finish. Contains sulfites.

Separate harvest of each variety, destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, concrete vats and small marble presses, with controlled temperatures, pressing, followed by malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. 12 months in American (60%) and French (40%) oak barrels After bottling, at least another 8 months of aging in bottle followed. Intense ruby color, notes of blackberries, nutmeg, licorice and a hint of black pepper. In the mouth it is rich and complex, where notes of ripe black fruit and spices predominate. Persistent ending. Contains sulfites.

It aged for 1 year in barrels of French oak (70%) and American oak (30%). Dona Maria Amantis Reserve is a dark ruby wine with a lot of luster. Very complex, mixed with various ripe wild fruits. Quintas de Borba Grand Reserve Red

This wine comes from selected grapes in the oldest vineyards in the Borba region. After rigorous control of the maturation evolution of the grapes in the vineyard, upon arrival at the winery the grapes were de-stemmed and gently crushed, followed by the alcoholic fermentation process in a stainless steel press, with mechanical treading, ending in maceration for 10 days, under temperature control at 22-25ºC. Malolactic fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank. Aging for 12 months in new French, American and brown oak barrels prior to bottling and a final aging in the cellar for 12 months in bottle. Garnet color. Aroma of black fruit jam. Full flavor with soft, fruity and toasted tannins, with final freshness and sweet cocoa.
