Grão Vasco White is a wine that celebrates the essence of the Dão region in Portugal, an area renowned for its winemaking tradition and the production of white wines of remarkable elegance. The vinification of Grão Vasco White is a meticulous process that begins with gentle destemming and crushing of the grapes, followed by pneumatic pressing. The must, carefully protected from oxidation, undergoes static decantation at low temperature for 24 hours to achieve the desired clarity. The grape varieties, Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Bical, and Gouveio, are vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature at 16ºC for about 15 days, ensuring the individual expression of each variety. The wine ages for approximately 4 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled, preserving its freshness and youthfulness.

• Aroma: Great aromatic intensity, with notes of citrus, stone fruit, and pineapple, complemented by floral and mineral nuances.
