Evel White
Evel White is one of the oldest and most charismatic wine brands in Portugal, registered in 1913. Its name is a clever anagram of the word “Leve” (Light), reflecting the philosophy behind its creation for over a century: the production of an elegant, smooth, and immensely pleasant wine. Sourced from selected vineyards at Quinta do Casal da Granja and Quinta do Cidrô, in the heart of the Douro, this wine embodies the classic and original style of Douro white wines.
The winemaking process focuses on preserving aromatic freshness. Grapes are hand-harvested and undergo rigorous selection before pneumatic pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats with temperature control, followed by an aging period of six months in stainless steel to ensure fruit purity and the liveliness of the blend.
