Only 1190 bottles of wine made from a special portion of Touriga Nacional. Very elegant and delicate, without exuberance, a very light floral giving fineness to the still closed aroma, where also comes some dried vegetable, black plum, blueberries. Very deep and solid mouth, with a mineral background brought by balanced acidity. It is a very high level red, somewhat austere, with solid but polished tannin, spice nuances, in a tone of great delicacy and at the same time firmness and sophistication. Contains Sulfites.
Marquês D’Almeida Red
Total destemming, soft crushing and thermal shock, followed by a period of pre-fermentation cold maceration in a mill for about 12h to 24h, after which the masses were transferred to wide and low fermentation vats, maceration for 8 days. at 22°C. Aging for 4 months, 50% in stainless steel and 50% in American and French oak barrels. Sensation of wild aromas in which red fruits predominate, complexed by a slight aging in wood. In the mouth, balanced and pleasant to drink. Contains sulfites.
Porca de Murça Reserva Red
The Porca de Murça Reserva is passed through a fermentation in stainless steel vats before a stage of twelve months in French oak barrels, a process that allows to reach a harmonious and balanced structure. Note the notes of red fruits harmoniously integrated with notes of vanilla. A round wine in the mouth that becomes an ideal partner for red meats, game and pasta. Contains Sulfites.
