Dona Sancha White – Pure mineral expression of Dão

The Dona Sancha White is a wine from the Dão region, specifically from the sub-region of Silgueiros, with vineyards located at 360 meters of altitude.
This wine is a true representation of the region’s identity, made from a blend of Encruzado, Malvasia Fina, Arinto de Interior, and Bical, ensuring typicity and freshness that define the excellence of Dão wines.

The 36-year-old vines are trained using the Guyot Duplo system, with hand harvesting in 20 kg boxes in early September to preserve the quality and freshness of the grapes. The vinification process takes place in stainless steel tanks, with a controlled fermentation temperature of 14º to 16ºC for 27 days, followed by 6 months of ageing in stainless steel, resulting in a balanced wine with great aging potential.
