Costa Boal Garrafeira White is an elegant and complex wine crafted from carefully selected grapes transported in 20 kg boxes.
The must undergoes full destemming without crushing, followed by a 24-hour pre-fermentation maceration, gentle pressing and static decantation to preserve purity.
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel and French oak barrels under controlled temperature, ensuring freshness and balance. The 9-month ageing in oak adds structure, creamy texture and subtle wood notes, creating a refined and harmonious white wine.
Contains sulphites.
