Cortes de Cima Syrah Magnum Red

This wine was produced exclusively from the Syrah grape variety. The grapes were rigorously selected for their optimal ripeness. They were fermented unleashed, at controlled temperatures, and regular, with an extended period of maceration of the films to improve fruit aroma and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins. Aged for 7 months in barrels of French (90%) and American (10%) oak until bottling time. It has aromas of plum, red and blue berry fruit, with well integrated wood spice notes. Rich in the palate with soft fruit, very balanced and deep. Contains Sulfites.
