Cortes de Cima Syrah Magnum Red

This wine was produced exclusively from the Syrah grape variety. The grapes were rigorously selected and were in an excellent state of ripeness. They were fermented without stems at controlled temperatures, with regular delestage, and an extended period of skin maceration to enhance the fruit aroma and achieve good balance and tannin structure. Aged for 7 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels until bottling. It presents aromas of plum, red and blue berry fruit, with well-integrated woody spice notes. Rich on the palate with soft fruit, very balanced and deep. Contains sulphites.
