Cortes de Cima Sauvignon Blanc Branco
13,66 €
Produced exclusively from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, planted on the Alentejo coast, 3 km from the Atlantic Ocean. The grapes, harvested during the cool early morning hours, were destemmed and pressed, followed by cold settling for 24 hours. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 15 days in barrels and tank, followed by aging on fine lees with regular stirring. The wine is stabilized, filtered, and bottled young to maintain its clear and fresh character. 20% of the volume was aged for 6 months in French oak barrels. A wine with aromas of lime, grapefruit, and cut grass, with mineral notes. Lively and refreshing acidity. Contains sulfites.
