The mysterious name refers to the time when the Syrah caste was not allowed in the Alentejo. The grapes that gave rise to this wine grow in the vineyards, where a sustainable viticulture program follows. The grapes were rigorously selected for their optimal ripeness. They were fermented unleashed, at controlled temperatures, and regular, with an extended period of maceration of the films to improve fruit aroma and achieve a good balance and structure of tannins. Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels until bottling time in July 2013. Black berry fruit, plums and delicate toast notes. Spices, earthy, complex. Elegant on the palate, with velvety fruit backed by a firm structure of tannins. A classic Incognito, it is already accessible but with balance and structure for a long-term evolution. Contains Sulfites.
