Aveleda Solos de Xisto Alvarinho White
Manual harvesting with selection of berries and cooling of the bunches. After the desired temperature, soft pressing with low pressures and fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. 100% stainless steel aging for 9 months. Clear citrus color to straw. Very elegant and smooth aroma. There are notes of tropical fruit, ripe grapefruit and white flowers. Tasty in the mouth with a velvety and balanced by good acidity. Reveals notes of ripe grapefruit, notes of mango and pineapple and light floral. Long, harmonious and tasty finish. Very clean wine, with aromatic intensity where tropical notes and ripe citrus are evident, making this wine very elegant but concentrated. With a long and harmonious finish. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Costa das Aguaneiras Red
Fermentation in stone winery. Stage in new French oak barrels for 12 months. Vivid red color, intense and deep. Fairly fruity, it is intense and complex, emphasizing aromas of ripe red fruit, such as blackberry and light cassis, and notes of vanilla, from its stage in wood. In the mouth the entrance is fresh, soft and very tasty, with fruit present and soft but lively tannins. Full and complex, it has a correct acidity which gives it longevity. Contains Sulfites.
Bota Velha Field Blend Reserva White
Alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, weekly “batonnage” on total lees. In the final batch we added 25% of fermented wine in 500 liter barrels. Very intense and complex aroma, white-fleshed fruit, floral, mineral, citrus. In the mouth it shows amplitude, vibrant acidity very well integrated. Very long and persistent finish. Contains sulfites.
