Cortes de Cima Alvarinho White
10,29 €
Produced exclusively with grapes from the Alvarinho variety, planted on the Alentejo coast, 3 km from the Atlantic Ocean, where we follow a sustained viticulture program. The grapes, harvested during the fresh dawn period, were de-stemmed and pressed, followed by decantation at low temperatures for 24 hours. The fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures for 15 days, followed by a stage in fine lees with regular agitation. The wine is stabilized, filtered and bottled young, in order to keep the character limpid and fresh.
Tropical aromas of lime, papaya and menthol surrounded by wooden toast notes. Elegant and intense, with a structural acidity and a persistent finish. Contains Sulfites.
