Grown in pebble soils, the grapes are meticulously harvested by hand from the chosen plots. After harvesting, they are cooled to 5ºC, de-stemmed and gently crushed. A careful pre-fermentation maceration precedes alcoholic fermentation under controlled temperature, culminating in a prolonged post-fermentation maceration. Each variety is vinified and matured separately, ensuring the purity and complexity of this blend. With a deep ruby ​​color, Conde Vimioso The Winemaker's Blend Red exudes an intense aroma, intertwining black and red fruits with notes of wildflowers and a spicy touch. On the palate, it is concentrated, with complex and velvety tannins, balanced by a finely integrated acidity. This special blend made with the emblematic grape varieties Touriga Nacional, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah aged 12 months in French oak barrels. The balanced presence of oak and fruit results in a deep and complex aroma with balsamic and floral nuances. Elegant in the mouth, with very fine tannins, it is in very good shape. Contains Sulfites.

Manual harvesting, fermentation in mills and prolonged maceration of 4 weeks. Maloactic fermentation in barrels (Burgundy cooperatives). It presents a ruby color, intense aroma, complex, notes of ripe red fruit and blackberries, balsamic touch of the barrel. Balanced palate, very elegant, good acidity, long finish and pleasant persistence. Stage of 12 months in new French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle. Contains Sulfites.
