Chryseia 2012 was produced from a careful selection of grapes from the Prats & Symington vineyards, located in Quintas de Roriz and Perdiz. Quinta da Vila Velha, owned by a member of the Symington family and neighboring Roriz, also contributed, as it has in all previous editions of Chryseia. Appealing aromas of forest fruits with vegetable notes. Luxurious palate, with superb purity of fruit and attractive minerality with a hint of shale. Integration of impeccable wood. Very well balanced set with intense and spicy tannins. A wine of great precision, generous and powerful but at the same time very elegant. Contains sulfites.

Textura da Estrela Jaen Red
Textura da Estrela Jaen comes from a single plot in Vila Nova de Tazem (Serra da Estrela sub-region). Vineyards aged 28 years in granitic soils, sustainably treated, without herbicides, have been converting to organic certification since 2020. This Jaen fermented with indigenous yeasts only in cement vats with 35% whole bunch followed by 30 days of cuvaison. After aging the 1st winter in cement, it spent 6 months in French oak barrels. Naturally stabilized. Open color red with mineral and stone powder character, typical of cement tanks. Slight pepper and delicate fruit. It shows elegant tannins and is marked in the mouth by the granitic minerality, which often contributes to its peppery side. Long and precise acidity. With the potential to turn out to be different in a few years. Contains sulfites.
Quinta da Boavista Vinha do Ujo 3L Red
Located near Pinhão on the right bank of the Douro and with a spectacular view of the river, Quinta da Boavista is one of the most iconic properties in the region, known not only for its historical connection to Baron de Forrester but also for its 40 hectares of high quality vineyards. The Vine of the Ujo was planted in 1930 in pre-phylloxeric horizontal levels and the land is supported by small schist walls. Its more than 25 breeds spread on small terraces exposed to the sunset. The vineyard has an altitude that varies between 180 and 210 meters. Deep red and deep red wine. Impressive aroma that takes us to an orchard of bergamots, fresh wild scents, as well as floral notes and minerals, demonstrating a superb complexity and depth. In the mouth it is unique, impressing by the finesse and the beautiful integration with the wood. Long and persistent. Manual harvesting, destemming and soft smashing of berries. The fermentation of the grapes takes place in new barrels of French wood of 500 liters. After a period of maceration the resulting wine continues its stage for 16 months in barrels of 225 liters also of French oak.

Quinta do Serrado Reserva Red
Vinification is made from the selection of grapes created in Quinta do Serrado and Quinta do Mosteiro. All grapes are harvested by hand, harvested at the ideal time of maturation, combined to produce this superior quality wine, which aged for 9 months in French oak barrels. It has a ruby red color, soft taste, elegant and very attractive. Fine tannins, good texture and excellent acidity. Contains Sulfites.
Duas Quintas Red
Dense color, brake with ruby reflections, clean and shiny. The nose is expressive, marked by spices, tobacco leaf, sweet notes of peach and orange blossom. In the mouth it has very soft tannins and structured body. End of mouth with presence of floral notes and spices, revealing long and strong.

Quinta Seara D’Ordens Talentvs Altitude White
The grapes are harvested from the oldest vineyards of the Quinta "at altitude" with a mixture of several traditional Douro varieties. Fermentation started in a press with foot treading and ended in used barrels, where it aged for 16 months with battonage on the lees. This tanning is dominated by the yellow tones in the mouth and reveals a sensation of fat, velvety and persistent tannins. It is quite complex, fresh, mineral and full of character. Contains sulfites.
