Quinta de Arcossó Syrah Red
13,00 €
Quinta de Arcossó Syrah Red is an authentic expression of the richness and wine diversity of Arcossó, Vidago, located in the Ribeira de Oura sub-region. Coming from a careful selection of grapes from a 10.5 hectare plot, within a 12 hectare vineyard planted in 2003, this wine is the result of harmony between nature and tradition. Grown on southern slopes, at 375 meters above sea level, with a slope of 20% and on granite soil, the grapes are carefully harvested and vinified in a foot-treading mill, followed by a 12-month aging period in French oak barrels and an additional 18 months in cellar after bottling.
With an intensely dark color, Quinta de Arcossó Syrah Red reveals a universe of aromas of wild berries and mint, promising a unique olfactory experience. In the mouth, it is full, almost chewy, revealing itself to be full-bodied and dense. The finish is marked by a spicy and prolonged elegance, a testament to the mastery of winemaking and aging potential. This Syrah is more than a wine; It is a sensorial journey that reflects the unique identity of Quinta de Arcossó, ideal for connoisseurs who seek a story of excellence and passion in each glass.

Soalheiro Primeiras Vinhas White
16,96 €
The Alvarinho grapes, produced according to the concepts of organic farming where we protect the wine-growing ecosystem, promoting biodiversity and environmental sustainability, are harvested manually in the older vineyards with more than 40 years of existence in Quinta de Soalheiro, the First Vineyards. Currently, we still have a selection of Alvarinho grapes planted in Pé-franco. The grapes, exclusively from the Alvarinho variety, are harvested manually in small capacity boxes and transported to the winery in a short time. After pressing, the decanted w decants for 48 hours, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature. The fermentation takes place essentially in stainless steel (about 15% of the total volume is fermented in used oak barrels), with maintenance of the fine lees until the beginning of May, the month in which the bottling takes place. In this harvest we also integrate into the Alvarinho lot with a large oak kite stage. Citrine yellow color, elegant and full aroma that grows in the glass, becoming more and more persistent. The flavor is full-bodied, fresh and with great gustatory complexity. Contains Sulfites.

Meandro do Vale Meão White

After slight crushing the grapes are subjected to a thermal shock, followed by passing through a traditional vertical press. The wort is transferred to small capacity wine tanks with temperature control. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The wine stems on the lees for seven months. As a result of traditional pressing, the wine has an intense greenish color. In it we can find the vibrant acidity of Arinto combined with the living fruit of the Rabigato. The mouth surprises by the density and freshness.
