Night harvest, under the luminosity, brightness and company of the moon. Fermentation in barrels, under a temperature control. The wine is then subjected to a battonage process. Aromatically intense, this white immediately brings us to the tropical expression of Antão Vaz, pineapple, mango and apricot. In evidence, Viosinho reigns, bringing to us the expression “Winter”, where acidity and minerality, freshness transmit life to the group. This Winter White is aged in Hungarian oak barrels for a period of 6 months, where it acquires structure, volume and elegance, making this wine a wine with an enormous gastronomic aptitude.
