Grapes harvested by hand for small boxes. Destemming followed by crushing and pumping into stainless steel vats. Temperature controlled fermentation, mild reassembly, maceration after one week. Malo-lactic fermentation in vat. 18 months in used French oak barrels. It has a perfect balance between youthful accessibility and tense structure and deep character. Contains Sulfites.
