Manual reassembly 2x day and temperature 24ºC. overlapping stage for 365 days until the harvest date of the new harvest. Static decantation for 6 months and consequent stage on lees. 1 year aging in bottle before coming to the market. Contains Sulfites.

Tricot is a four-handed wine that faithfully portrays the beauty and tranquility of the Alentejo. It is born of the care and dedication of two winemakers who have combined their visions and experience of many harvests to produce unique wines, which are the purest expression of each region. Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes with the strict selection at the entrance of the cellar. Vinification in stainless steel vats with maceration after fermentation. Stage for 18 months in French oak barrels, 30% new and 70% used. Ruby red color. The character of the vineyards of the Serra de São Mamede is very present in this wine, bringing freshness and minimality.
