Coming from Quinta do Ribeiro Santo, Carlos Lucas 20 Anos is a concentrated wine, aroma of great complexity where notes of fruits of the forest, pepper, vanilla are perceived. Tannins noble, good texture with great balance. Long, silky finish. The harvest took place in the third week of September. The grapes were harvested manually, for small boxes of 18 kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were completely stalked. The fermentation took place barrels opened for being little quantity with temperature naturally controlled by the fresh of the room.
