Red wine from the Douro region, with a very intense and complex aroma, white pulp fruit, floral, mineral, citric. Alcoholic fermentation conducted at 18ºC, weekly “batonnage” on total lees. In the final batch, they added 25% of fermented wine in 500 liter barrels. In the mouth it shows amplitude, vibrant acidity very well integrated. Very long and persistent finish.
