Hand-picked grapes, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22-26ºC for 7 days with gentle maceration. Aging for 12 months in new French oak 1/3 and American 2/3 oak barrels. Very complex aroma where the notes of barrel harmoniously combine that add complexity to spices, black fruits, licorice and violets in a set that promises to improve in bottle year after year. Complexity, very concentrated aroma, vigorous and structured in the mouth with a thick texture. Contains sulfites.

Chryseia 2021 was produced from a rigorous selection of grapes from Quinta de Roriz and Quinta da Perdiz, properties of Prats & Symington. As in all previous editions of Chryseia, there was also the usual contribution from Roriz's neighboring vineyard, Quinta da Vila Velha, privately owned by Rupert Symington. It symbolizes the union of the noble Portuguese wine heritage with the no less rich Bordeaux oenological tradition.

Aging on fermentation lees for 6 months, followed by 3 months of rest in bottle before being marketed. With a strong connection to the terroir of Monção, Alvarinho expresses itself in Vicentino respecting its origin in an elegant combination of aromas that characterize it. The vibrant acidity and minerality end in a salty finish, highlighting the proximity to the sea. Contains sulfites.

Malvasia-Fina and Encruzado, an autochthonous variety exclusive to the Dão region, both recommended for the production of DOC Dão wines, are grown on a vertical back with two movable and two fixed wires, with a density of 4550 plants; are pruned in double Guyot and treated in the form of integrated protection. Alcoholic fermentation conducted in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, 13ºC. It has a citrine and crystalline appearance. Fresh herbal aroma, peach. Harmonious mouth with balanced acidity and final persistence. Contains sulfites.
