Description
Grapes harvested by hand, crushed immediately. Aged for 45 days on fine lees after alcoholic fermentation, followed by 90 days of bottle aging before release. Intense, mineral, slightly smoky in balance with elegant notes of white flowers, citrus aromas such as grapefruit and lime, along with pulpy fruit trees. Vibrant acidity, with structure, and great aging potential. Contains sulphites.
