Aventura Wine White
Aventura White is born from the personal vision of winemaker Susana Esteban, who after 15 years of experience decided to embrace the challenge of becoming a producer. This wine comes from old vines located in the Serra de São Mamede, in Alentejo, where the high-altitude terroir grants a unique identity and vibrant freshness to the traditional grape varieties of the region.
The production focuses on respecting the raw material, with a manual harvest in 20kg boxes and rigorous selection at the winery entrance. The result is a white with a sober and deep profile, reflecting the authenticity of the field blends typical of this mountainous area.
