Manual harvest. Total stalking. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum press, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ÂșC to 18ÂșC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days. Internship for 3 months "sur lies". Citrus yellow color, complex aroma of tropical fruits, grass and green asparagus. Fresh attack, fine acidity. Mineral and harmonious. Long finish. Contains sulfites.

From the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz and Jaen grapes we have prepared this lot. Fermented in stainless steel, the temperature controlled, following 12 months of stage in used French oak barrels. Intense and fine aroma with notes of ripe fruit and forest. Tannins well-married, long finish, elegant and appealing. Contains Sulfites.
