Aliança Reserva White
Launched in 1984 as a tribute to Angelo Neves, one of Alliance’s founding winemakers, the Aliança Reserva White is a wine that combines tradition and excellence from the Bairrada region. Made from the area’s signature white grape varieties, it elegantly expresses the mineral, fresh character of its clay-limestone terroir.
The harvest benefited from mild late-summer temperatures and no rainfall, ideal conditions for preserving aromatic intensity and natural acidity. After 12 hours of skin maceration, only the free-run must is used, undergoing slow fermentation at 16 °C in stainless steel tanks to ensure maximum purity and freshness.
