Produced from Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Tinta Barroca, Sousão, harvested in Cabêda (Alijo) Cima Corgo and in Pocinho V.N. Foz Côa, Douro Superior. This Superior red aged in French oak barrels for between 16 and 18 months. It has a lively ruby color and complex aroma, large volume, lively acidity, very well integrated, and finely cut tannins. Its finish is very long, elegant and highly harmonious. Edition of 6000 bottles. Contains sulfites.
QUINTA SÃO JOÃO BATISTA Reserva Touriga Nacional e Cabernet Sauvignon Red
Total destemming, prolonged skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 28 ° C. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Intense garnet color with abundant violet tones, complex aroma, with nuances of fresh red fruits, blackcurrant and blackberry compote, with floral and spice notes. Fruity flavor, with a balance between silky tannins and more vigorous tannins, an excellent volume in the mouth and very vigorous. Contains sulfites.
Pintas DOC Magnum Red
Mirror of the vine of more than 80 years that gives origin to him, this wine is composed by an exceptional field blend of more than 30 grape varieties. Very intense purple color. PAÇO DE TEIXEIRÓ Avesso White
Grapes from a plot of the Quinta, the Corredoira vineyard. All grapes are hand-picked in 20 kg boxes. After a partial destemming and slight crushing, they go to the press where there is a slight contact between the skins and the must. Soft pressing and fermentation at medium/high temperatures in stainless steel vats. Finished fermentation in French oak barrels of 300 liters. Aged in barrels with total lees, with batonage, for 6 months. Vineyards with an average age of 35 years. Straw color, very complex and deep aroma. A lot of minerality with a light smoke, reveals citrus and fresh notes. Elegant and balanced palate, aromatic, with good volume and a very fresh and mineral finish. Contains sulfites.
Contraste White
The grapes are chilled and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel barrels and vats with regular buffering up to one month before bottling. Aging 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (30% of wine) and stainless steel vats (70%), with regular bâtonnage. It is a rich and concentrated white wine, but very precisely in citrus fruit and notorious minerality. Contains Sulfites.
