Gentle pressing and fermentation in French oak barrels for 8 months and subsequent aging for another 20 months. A wine full of character and personality. Aroma of great complexity and richness, notes of candied fruit, orange blossom, honey and “vinagrinho”. In proof, a rich and voluminous combination of sweetness and acidity.
