Garnier & Fils Petit Chablis White is produced in the commune of Lignorelles, in the heart of Chablis, from a single 4-hectare plot with vines averaging 15 years old. Grown on clay-limestone soils rich in marine fossils, this 100% Chardonnay captures the purity and authenticity of northern Burgundy’s terroir.

Both alcoholic and malolactic fermentations occur naturally with indigenous yeasts and bacteria under temperature control. The wine is aged for 10 months on fine lees in stainless steel, preserving its vibrant freshness and the mineral character typical of the Petit Chablis appellation.

• Nose: Elegant and delicate, with notes of citrus, wildflowers, and chalky minerality.
