The Macallan 12 Years Triple Cask is part of the ‘Triple Cask Matured’ range; a series of single malt whiskies aged in a trio of European oak, American oak, and ex-bourbon oak casks. This complex combination of oak casks offers an extraordinarily smooth and delicate character, full of citrus fruits, vanilla, and fresh oak.
On the nose it is complex, with notes of vanilla, melon, and lemon zest.
A perfect serve: 50mL of ‘The Macallan 12 Triple Cask’; 20 mL of lemon juice; 15 mL of sugar; Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake, and pour into a glass. Garnish with a lemon zest.
