This special edition results from maturation in European oak sherry-seasoned casks and ex-Bourbon American oak casks, combining the rich, spicy character of the former with the creamy smoothness of the latter.

Bottled at 50.3% ABV, the Classic Cut reveals its full aromatic intensity, dominated by notes of fresh pear, almonds and vanilla. Adding just a simple “cut” of water transforms the whisky’s structure, releasing flavours of almond biscuit and elegant nuances that make it a unique sensory experience.
