Whisky The Glenrothes Bourbon Cask

Previously known as Alba Reserve, the Glenrothes Bourbon Cask Reserve is something of a departure for the distillery – where a large proportion of European sherry is typically used in their blends, this expression is composed entirely of ex-bourbon American Oak, and is kosher-certified by Rabbi Padwa of the London Beth Din. It presents notes of white pepper, cinnamon, a hint of blackberry and vanilla throughout.
