• Nose: Fine and distinguished, with herbaceous and salty peat making way for notes of apple, pear, melon, and floral hints of lily. It evolves into creamy nuances of coconut and pineapple.
• Palate: Firm and lively, with an attack evoking barley fields swept by sea spray. The mid-palate is earthy, revealing layers of peat, Mirabelle plum, and floral notes of tulips.
• Finish: Long and crisp, marked by notes of white grapes, liquorice, and a persistent translucent smoke.
