Jack Daniel’s Master Distiller series has reached its fifth release and is celebrating the fifth Master Distiller of the world-famous Tennessee whiskey – Frank Bobo! Frank was the Jack Daniel distillation master from 1966 to 1988, and oversaw the continuous meteoric rise in popularity of whiskey. It’s a whiskey with a lot of sweetness. There is evidence of dried spices and oily nuts, a touch of smoke. Very soft palate with notes of banana smoothie, a mixed note of nuts, a touch of caramel with white cream. Sweet finish with a little sweetness of cereal and toasted oak.
