Aromas with just a hint of toasted oak. Take a sip and you’re greeted by apple pie flavours, sweet baked fruit and buttery cinnamon, which quickly develop into a rich caramel with clove and malty biscuit flavours mixed throughout.
Glenmorangie The Original 10 anos
The original expression of the elegant and floral spirit and the true backbone of the Glenmorangie range. A ten-year-old malt single, Glenmorangie Original is produced by marrying the delicate spirit that emerges from Scotland's tallest stills, with first and second padding American white oak barrels. They mature for ten long years in a series of ex-bourbon barrels, such as Missouri's famous 'designer kegs', that the raw spirit develops a perfect balance between sweetness and complexity. Resulting in a mature spirit that is soft, smooth and creamy. Perfect to enjoy at any time. The aroma of citrus peaches and ripening is softened by the aroma of vanilla. Vanilla flavor is detected on the tongue before curling along the palate bringing out an explosion of flowery fruity. About a minute after the test, you get a clean and harmonious finish with notes of orange and peach.
